Service Description
Come sweat with one-on-one live personal training over Zoom... but your strength coach just happens to be a licensed physical therapist too! **Please provide information while booking: 1) Your goals! What do you want to get out of this? (improve core strength, lose weight, improve mental health, be held accountable for exercise, etc?) 2) Any old or current injuries? 3) Any current or past medical history I should be aware of? 4) Do you prefer more cardio or more resistance training? Or a mix? 5) Any equipment you have or want to use? Wear something you can move in and clear the space around your computer, because WE are working out!
Cancellation Policy
NOTE: All appointment times are PST. To help with scheduling for other clients and patients, please help by cancelling within 12 hours notice, although 24 hours is preferred.
